Dow appeals $455 million patent dispute to US Supreme Court

Dow AgroSciences (part of DowDuPont) has asked the US Supreme Court to review and reverse a federal court ruling that requires it to pay Bayer’s Crop Science division some $455 million for violating a patent agreement related to a gene used to convey tolerance to the herbicide, glufosinate-ammonium.
