Isagro to simplify its control structure
Italian agrochemical company Isagro (Milan) is to simplify its controlling structure through the elimination of two sub- holdings. This follows the sale of minority quota holdings totalling some 4.7% in Isagro holding company Manisa by Carlo Garavaglia and Gerassimos Spyropoulos. The former has sold a stake to BasJes holdings, the latter to Holdisa. BasJes already holds a majority of Manisa, which holds a majority of Holdisa (Agrow No 674, p 5). Consequently, BasJes Holding directly and indirectly controls Manisa and Holdisa. The terms of Isagro’s imminent simplification of its controlling structure will be revealed to the stock market.
