Oro Agri listed on Cayman Islands stock exchange
Cayman Islands-based crop protection and nutrients company Oro Agri has been registered and listed on the Cayman Islands stock exchange. The company has some 18 million issued shares and is making an offering of an additional 1 million shares at $3.25 per share. It will consider a further 1 million shares at a price yet to be determined.
