Bayer debuts Specticle Total in US
Bayer CropScience has launched the non-selective herbicide, Specticle Total (indaziflam 1 g/litre + diquat dibromide 10 g/litre + glyphosate isopropylamine salt 224 g/litre), in the US for use on non-crop areas. The dual-action product controls emerged grasses and broadleaf weeds and prevents the emergence of new weeds for up to six months, Bayer states. It can be used on a variety of landscape and hardscape areas, the company adds. Bayer received its first approval for indaziflam in the US in 2010 and launched it the following year as Specticle for use on turf.
