United Phosphorus/ISK deal in Australia
United Phosphorus and Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha (ISK) have agreed an agrochemical distribution deal in Australia. United Phosphorus Limited in Australia (UPLA) will sell several unnamed ISK products that are going through the registration process in Australia. They include insecticides, fungicides and herbicides. Introductions are scheduled for 2011. The deal gives ISK access to UPLA’s “strong field team” in Australia, while UPLA will add proprietary ISK products to its portfolio, the companies point out. Other ISK products are already marketed in Australia.
