BASF has appointed Eduardo Leduc as vice-president of its crop protection business for Latin America. He replaces Walter Dissinger, who moves to head the group’s global nutrition division. Mr Leduc has worked for BASF since 1984 in several senior positions, most recently as vice-president of crop protection in Brazil. He held that post since 2005. The company has appointed Maurício Russomanno to replace him in Brazil. He has worked at BASF since 2000, and the last two years as director of marketing for its crop protection business in Brazil.
