Sipcam Isagro Brasil temporarily removes two agchems
The Brazilian agrochemical joint venture, Sipcam Isagro Brasil (SIB), has temporarily withdrawn two of its products from the market. The move follows an inspection by the national health surveillance agency, the Anvisa, of the company’s facilities at Uberaba in early August. SIB was not ordered to withdraw the products, it says. The charge against it was “to have fulfilled incorrect procedures”, the company told Agrow. The products are being withdrawn as a “goodwill” measure, while the Anvisa considers its response.
