Dow ahead on new product plans

Dow AgroSciences is ahead of schedule in its plan to achieve annual sales of $800 million from new agrochemical products by 2013. That was the assertion made by company president and CEO Antonio Galindez at the Goldman Sachs Agricultural Biotech Forum in New York, US, this month. Sales of new products were up by 35% in 2010, exceeding the target of $400 million for the year ( Agrow No 609, p 6).
