FMC to expand capacity in Brazil
FMC plans to expand its agrochemical production capacity at its facilities in Uberaba, Brazil, according to national business newspaper Valor Económico. The company is to invest some $10 million extra over the next 18 months at the plant, which formulates all its products in Brazil. The present capacity produces some 35 million litres a year. The goal is to raise this by 85% to 65 million litres by 2015, the paper reports.
