EU approval for four non-crop insecticides

  • News

Four insecticides have been granted EU approval for non-crop use under the EU biocidal products Directive (98/8). They are deltamethrin, fipronil, lambda-cyhalothrin and Bacillus thuringiensis subsp israelensis serotype H14, strain AM65-52. Their listing in Annex I of the Directive will not become effective until October 1st 2013, to give EU member states and companies time to adapt to the approval conditions.
