Spectrum expands in household insecticides
The US consumer products company, Spectrum Brands (Madison, Wisconsin), has acquired the Black Flag and TAT household insecticide lines from the Homax Group. The products include liquids, aerosols, baits and traps for the control of a range of pests. The acquisition strengthens the household insecticide range of the Spectrum subsidiary, United Industries, the company points out. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
