Eden/Xeda swap ai dossiers

The UK agrochemical company, Eden Research (Wendens Ambo, Essex) and French firm Xeda International (Saint-Andiol) have signed a data access and royalty agreement. It grants Xeda access to Eden’s regulatory dossier on the active ingredient, geraniol, in return for Eden’s access to Xeda’s data on clove oil. Xeda will also be allowed access to Eden’s dossier on thymol in return for royalty payments on Xeda’s sales of products containing the ai. The deal will enable Eden to include clove oil in future products, the company points out. Clove oil is already registered at EU level.
