Brazil authorities highlight agchem market faults
The “extremely polarised” agrochemical market in Brazil offers limited space for competition. That is among the conclusions of an at times deeply critical report from the national health surveillance agency, the Anvisa, and the Federal University of Parana. The report details the sector over the second half of 2010 and the first half of last year. The bodies issued their findings at the “2nd seminar on agrochemical market and regulation”, in Brasilia this month.
