EU study notes no clear bee/pesticide link

There is no clear evidence from field-based studies that exposure of bee colonies to pesticides results in increased susceptibility to disease or that there is a link between colony loss due to disease and pesticides residues in monitoring studies. That is the conclusion of a review of scientific literature carried out by the UK Food and Environment Research Agency. The work was commissioned by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
