Paraguay issues GM cotton import rules

The Paraguayan seed authorities have issued rules to govern the reach of importers’ biosafety control duties when bringing genetically modified cotton into the country. The plant health and seed quality service, the Senave, has issued Resolution No 415, covering traceability, supervision and delivery to ginning dealers and distributors.
