Chinese agrochemical company Rotam (Hong Kong) has undergone a management restructure. Chief executive officer James Bristow’s role has been expanded to international CEO, taking on responsibility for the Chinese region from the retiring C Y Lo. With a background in biochemistry and environmental science, Mr Bristow has worked for Rotam since 1992. Annie Yang has been promoted to the position of senior vice-president, global human resources. She was previously vice-president. The company’s senior vice-president, technical development, Dr Yifan Wu, has also become general manager of the company’s Chinese R&D facility. Dr Wu has 15 years’ experience in global regulatory affairs, R&D and manufacturing. Vice-president James Liu now heads the China region, having previously held the role of commercial head of the region.
