Dow AgroSciences said last week its new technology for corn insect control will soon be available to Brazilian corn growers. POWERCORE is the first five-gene trait stack technology to be approved by the Brazilian National Biosafety Technical Commission (CTNBio) for sale in Brazil. POWERCORE is the outcome of a cross-licensing agreement and research and development collaboration between Monsanto and Dow AgroSciences.
