Isagro pro forma agchem sales up 9% in 2010
Italian agrochemical company Isagro (Milan) posted a 9.2% rise in like-for-like agrochemical sales to €127.4 million ($177 million at the current rate) in 2010. The published results do not include revenues from recently divested assets. Isagro has agreed a series of deals including the sales of Brazilian and Italian assets. United Phosphorus has agreed to acquire the 50% stake in the Brazilian operation, Sipcam Isagro Brasil ( Agrow No 611, p 2).
