Isagro agchem sales up 3% in Q3
Italian agrochemical company Isagro (Milan) posted a 3.2% rise in third-quarter agrochemical sales on a pro-forma basis to €26.1 million ($35.9 million at the current rate). Sales of all products advanced 6.1% to €27.5 million ($37.8 million). The issued results disregard discontinued businesses. Isagro divested several of its businesses earlier this year, including its 50% stake in the Brazilian joint venture, Sipcam Isagro Brasil ( Agrow No 611, p 2). It also formed a new joint venture, Isem, with Chemtura ( Agrow No 609, p 2).
