ECHA opinions on labels for ten ais

Opinions on EU-wide harmonised classifications and labelling of seven agrochemicals and three non-crop pesticides have been adopted by the European Chemicals Agency’s (ECHA) Risk Assessment Committee (RAC). The active ingredients are: the herbicides, dimethenamid-P, metosulam and tembotrione; the fungicides, etridiazole, imazalil and tebuconazole; the insecticide, flonicamid; the plant growth regulator, carvone; and the non-crop insecticides/repellents, decanoic acid, nonanoic acid and octanoic acid. Consultations on the proposed classifications for the ais were held last year (Agrow passim).
