NZ stands by endosulfan cuts
The New Zealand Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA) is expected to carry out proposed restrictions on the organochlorine insecticide, endosulfan, in light of public comments on its initial findings. The ERMA received no new information in response to its concerns over aerial or domestic applications or airblast treatment of citrus ( Agrow No 548, p 16), so these uses are likely to be banned.
