Cheminova moves US headquarters
Cheminova has moved the headquarters for its ANZAC region, which includes Australia, New Zealand, the US and Canada, and the headquarters for its US subsidiary, Cheminova Inc. The new location is at One Park Drive, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. It opened on August 1st 2008, and the company will be closing its Wayne, New Jersey, offices in September. It says that it needed to relocate to an area where it could more easily attract employees with industry experience as it expands. “This area offers everything an agribusiness company needs for success and growth, and will provide us with more opportunities for industry interaction. We will be better able to serve our customer base,” says Martin Petersen, president of Cheminova’s ANZAC region. The company expects to initially have about 18 employees in Research Triangle Park. The company has recently made some new appointments (see this issue).
