EU withdrawal dates set for more ais

The European Commission has instructed EU member states to withdraw approvals by: June 5th 2009 for the herbicide/desiccant, sulfuric acid; June 12th 2009 for the mammal repellent, bone oil, and the rodenticide, carbon monoxide; and June 15th 2009 for the bird repellent, anthraquinone. In each case, a further year will be allowed to use up existing stocks.
