Bayer's Infinity for Canada debut

Bayer CropScience plans to introduce its post-emergence cereal herbicide, Infinity (pyrasulfotole 37.5 g/litre + bromoxynil 210 g/litre), in Canada this year. The Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency granted conditional approval to pyrasulfotole last year (Agrow No 531, p 17). The PMRA approved a 50 g/litre suspension formulation of pyrasulfotole under the code number, AE0317309 02SE06, and the emulsifiable concentrate combination product, Infinity, for use on wheat, barley, oats, triticale and timothy grown for seed.
