The decision follows a 2003 lawsuit by the International Center for Technology Assessment (ICTA) and others over Monsanto and Scotts' field tests on GM creeping bentgrass (Agrostis stolonifera) and Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis - Agrow No 416, p 16).
