Keygene/Wageningen univeristy research deal

Dutch biotechnology company Keygene (Wageningen) and the Wageningen University and Research Centre have signed a licensing agreement that expands their existing relationship. Wageningen is to receive access to Keygene’s fungal resistance intellectual property and technology as well as continued access for research purposes to its AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) technology. KeyGene will have user’s rights, including sublicensing and commercial rights, to some of Wageningen’s abiotic and biotic stress resistance intellectual property.
