Spanish agchem industry welcomes govt reforms
The Spanish crop protection association, the Aepla, has applauded the national government’s reforms lowering administrative charges. “Lowering administrative burdens for companies and citizens is the right way to achieve more efficient and agile management and lower bureaucratic costs," the Aepla says. It is reacting to a report of the public administration report commission, the Cora, setting out the Ministry of Finance’s 19 measures, which it hopes would benefit the agrochemical sector. It believes that measures can counter traditional concerns of the industry such as duplication of duties in the product registration process, and promote mutual recognition of registrations for other EU member states.
