Monsanto launches Argentine Intacta RR2 soy payment option
Monsanto has launched “the final stage” grower payment plan for use of its genetically modified insect-resistant and herbicide-tolerant Intact RR2 Pro (MON87701xMON89788) soybeans in Argentina. This last stage consists of a controlled collection of a “Canon Intacta” payment plan at grain delivery points during the current season in the north of the country. It allows for those who have not paid for seed in advance. Growers will have to segregate at the time of submitting and hand over up to 1.6 tonnes of crop per 30 kg of seed.
