Brazil Anvisa proposes priority list for agchem approvals
Brazil’s national health surveillance agency, the Anivsa, has proposed the creation of a list of priorities for assessing the registration of pesticide active ingredients, national media report. The proposal has been sent to the Ministry of Agriculture. It would speed up the approval of “more urgent” agrochemicals, Agrolink newswire reports. The aim would be to advance the analysis of products for which there is nothing similar already on the market, and leaving those that are “in abundance” at the end of the queue.
