Eden gets Greek approval for 3AEY

UK company Eden Research has received approval from Greece for its biofungicide product, 3AEY, based on the terpene active ingredients, eugenol, geraniol and thymol. The product’s approval is for the prevention and cure of grey mould (Botrytis cinerea) on table and wine grapes. Eden plans to launch the product in Greece in early 2016. At the end of June, 3AEY received approval from Malta, the zonal rapporteur member state for the ais, and following that authorisation, relevant member states in the southern regulatory zone had 120 days to issue their national approvals. Eden's commercialisation partners such as K&N Efthymiadis, Sipcam and Sumi Agro France are preparing for product launches following the Greek authorisation.
