NRC Review of Federal Nano EHS Research Strategy: March 31-April 1
The National Research Council Committee For Review of The Federal Strategy to Address Environmental, Health, and Safety Research Needs For Engineered Nanoscale Materials is holding its first meeting March 31-April 1 at the National Academy of Sciences Lecture Room, 2100 C St. NW, Washington, D.C. The committee will "evaluate the scientific and technical aspects of the draft strategy and comment in general terms on how this strategy will develop information needed to support the EHS risk assessment and risk management needs with respect to nanomaterials." The March 31 session will be open to the public and include a panel discussion with members of the federal government's National Environmental Health Implications Working Group.
