236th ACS National Meeting and Exposition: Aug. 17-21
The American Chemical Society is holding its 236th National Meeting and Exposition Aug. 17-21 at the Philadelphia Convention Center and various hotels around the city. One overarching theme for the meeting is "Chemistry for Health: Catalyzing Translational Research." The meeting will include 810 half-day sessions on nanotechnology, agrochemicals, and chemical toxicology, among other research areas, organized by the ACS president, 31 technical divisions, one secretariat, and three committees.
