2009 Toxicology and Risk Assessment Conference: April 27-30
EPA, along with several other government agencies, is co-sponsoring the 2009 Toxicology and Risk Assessment Conference in cooperation with Toxicology Excellence for Risk Assessment. The conference will take place April 27-30 at the Cincinnati Marriott North, West Chester (Cincinnati), Ohio. Topics to be covered in the scientific sessions include: Toxicity and Issues of Exposure for Nanoparticles; Computational Toxicology; Approaches to Cancer Assessment in EPA's IRIS Program; and Breast Milk Exposure of Environmental Pollutants. Workshop topics include: Teaching Computational Methods to Federal Agency Staff; Crash Course in Risk Assessment; and Cumulative Risk Assessment Concepts and Methods.
