Environmental Implications and Applications of Nanotech: June 9-11
EPA, along with the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the University of Massachusetts and others is sponsoring the 2009 International Conference on the Environmental Implications and Applications of Nanotechnology. The conference will be held in the Murray D. Lincoln Campus Center at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Topics on the agenda include: Physical-Chemical Transformations of Nanomaterials in Environmental Systems: Implications for Risk Assessment; Interactions of Engineered Nanomaterials with Biological Systems; and Nanotechnology: Risk Perception Versus Developing Science.
